Cancelling Shipping Orders
- Click My Account to begin the cancellation process. If you can't cancel the order, simply follow the return instructions contained with the order once it is received.
- Orders with a status of "Processing" may be cancelled Check Your Order Status. When the status changes from Processing to Shipped, it means that your order has left the warehouse and is on its way. Tracking numbers and other information may not be available right away. You will be notified via SMS notifications about the progress of your placed order (mobile phone used while placing the order).
