Return Policy and Procedure

Unless specified differently in the item listing on our website, on the receipt, or packing slip, or within the terms below, Cosmetorix will accept qualified and conforming products for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Merchandise purchased from Cosmetorix may be returned if it adheres to the guidelines outlined below. Please note that not all products are eligible for return. Guidelines

You may return merchandise to Cosmetorix within 30 days by mailing it to our return center (warehouse location from product was mailed). All returns must be in their original condition and include all accessories. A credit will be issued for your purchase only if it meets the criteria outlined below. Please note, we do not offer exchanges for merchandise.

  • Products must be undamaged and free from any defects, including but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, signs of abuse, defacement, or evidence of tampering such as removed screws/fasteners or seals.
  • The product's serial number, or any similar identifiers, must match the serial number on the package or invoice (Cosmetorix maintains serial number tracking).
  • Products must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging and shipped securely.

NOTE: All returned products will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they meet eligibility and compliance requirements. The return process may take up to 5-10 business days from the time your product is received.

Manufacturer and Supplier Restrictions

Certain manufacturers have imposed return restrictions that prohibit Cosmetorix from accepting returns or providing exchanges, replacements, or credits for their products under any circumstances. The contact information for the manufacturer or supplier can be found in your product manual, within the item listing, or on the manufacturer's website.

30-Day Return Period

Refunds are available for our products up to thirty days from the purchase date, with certain exceptions noted below. Merchandise without the original Universal Product Code (UPC) is ineligible for return. Products must have an intact and unaltered security seal. For damaged or defective items, please refer to the details below:

  • Unwanted Returns Products returned without authorization will incur a 20% restocking fee and must include a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Returned items must be in an unused condition
  • Refused Delivery Returns categorized as "Unwanted Returns" will incur a 20% restocking fee. Additionally, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs resulting from the refusal of delivery. A store credit will be issued, deducting the 20% restocking fee from the merchandise value, as well as the shipping and handling fees from both directions
  • Defective Items Customers are required to return merchandise at their own expense within 15 days from the delivery date, provided they have obtained a prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If an exchange is not requested at the time of RMA issuance, an automatic store credit will be issued once the merchandise is received back at the Cosmetorix return center

If a return is received at our warehouse more than 30 days from the original receipt date of the merchandise, it will be returned to the Customer at their own expense. Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.

Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee

A fee for missing items or damaged products will be applied to any product that lacks the original box, packaging materials, contents, accessories, and/or manuals, indicating the product is not in "like new" condition.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item

Returning a damaged, defective, or incorrect item by mail will result in a store credit. You can then opt to buy a replacement item online.

Damaged Items (during shipping):

Please be aware that if an item is damaged during shipping, Cosmetorix or our affiliate must file a damage claim with the shipping carrier and follow the carrier's regulations before we can issue an exchange, credit, or refund.

  • Should a package be received damaged, it is imperative to notify Cosmetorix within five business days from the delivery date.
  • If a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is shipped to Cosmetorix at the customer's expense and arrives damaged, the customer, as the shipper, will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier. We will retain the returned item for carrier inspection, which the customer must arrange, for up to 10 business days, equivalent to two weeks.

Customers are required to keep all original packaging intact for a carrier claim and inspection to be initiated by Cosmetorix or our affiliate upon notification of damage to your shipment. It is imperative that you, the customer or buyer, retain the original shipping box, which includes the carrier's shipping label and the original tracking number.

After scheduling a damage pickup with Cosmetorix, carriers typically make three attempts to collect the damaged package from the customer's location for inspection. It is crucial that the customer prepares the item for pickup on the following day, as this is when the first attempt to retrieve it will occur.

Please be aware that filing a claim directly with the carrier is not possible since Cosmetorix or our affiliate is the shipper. It is essential to inform Cosmetorix about any damage to an item within the specified time frames mentioned above.

An exchange, credit, or refund will be processed once the carrier approves the claim. Please be aware that a Damage Claim typically requires at least 14 business days to be processed by the carrier.

Non-qualified returns and Restocking Charges

Returns that are non-qualified or non-conforming are not covered by Cosmetorix's return policy. If such returns are made, they will either be rejected or may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%, at the sole discretion of Cosmetorix.

Shipping Policy

  • Exception Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes and military addresses will ship via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation.
  • Orders are shipped, on average, within 24-48 hours from the time that the order is placed (i.e. payment is processed successfully).
